It is very important to Understand that a BROKER is not an Insurance company. Insurance Companies are VERY difficult to deal with. Now that being said CASTLE INSURANCE TAKES ALL THE FRUSTRATION AWAY. i have had multifamily complexes for over twenty years and this company is the best at what they do bar none. They get the best rates, deal with all the absurd nonsense Insurance companies dish out, best of all is that, they just do it for you!!
